- Represent the chairperson when needed.

- Monitor and report on ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Financial Oversight
- Collaborate on budgeting and fundraising.
- Support donor and sponsor relations.
5. Team and Volunteer Management
- Assist in recruiting and guiding volunteers.
- Support effective team implementation of activities.
