The Journey of Emmanuel Waako Noah
Emmanuel Waako Noah, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a seasoned finance and business administration professional. Known for his attention to detail and strategic guidance, he has a strong track record in financial management and analysis.
Born in Buwenge, Jinja, Uganda, Emmanuel’s education was supported by Rescue African Children, enabling him to complete primary and secondary school. He later earned a diploma in Business Management and CPA certification at Global Professional Solutions.
His passion for uplifting others grew through volunteering with Right Hand Support Ministries. In April 2022, he founded Roi Charity, which has evolved from a small CBO to a thriving NGO in Luwero Wobulenzi, empowering underprivileged children.
As Financial Manager at Otibee Technologies, Emmanuel applies his expertise in financial stewardship. His journey reflects resilience, compassion, and the transformative impact of teamwork and community support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implementation of all policies and decisions made by the Annual General Meeting.
- Source for funds to implement activities proposed by the organization.
- Supervision and monitoring of the organization’s activities.
- Provide accountability to the Executive Committee.
- Also a signatory to all bank accounts and financial transactions.
- Recommend or appoint staff at any level of the organization.
- Receive all correspondence of the organization and offer appropriate replies with the help of the General Secretary and the Chair.
